# Navigate Job Viewer

This topic describes the main interface elements and navigation features in Job Viewer. For detailed information on viewing and interpreting the data in the main table, see [Understand the main table](/itential-cloud/cloud-hub/job-viewer/main-table).

## Access Job Viewer

#### Log in

Log in to your Itential Hub account

#### Navigate to Jobs and Tasks

Select **Jobs and Tasks** from the **Operations** collection in the left navigation menu

#### View Job Viewer

Job Viewer will open in your active browser tab

If you have trouble accessing Job Viewer, verify that you have the appropriate permissions. For more information, see [Access control in Job Viewer](/itential-cloud/cloud-hub/job-viewer/access-control).

## Environment selection

The environment dropdown at the top of the page allows you to switch between your organization's available environments. Common examples include:

* **Development**: For testing and development workflows
* **Staging**: For pre-production validation
* **Production**: For live, production workflows

**Default Selection**: Production environment

When you change environments, all data in the interface updates to reflect the selected environment.

### Environment-specific features

* **Integration links**: Respect current environment
* **Data isolation**: Each environment maintains separate data
* **User preferences**: Settings apply per environment

## Main navigation elements

### Deep navigation

* **Click any job or task row** to drill down and view details
* **Use breadcrumbs** to navigate back up through hierarchy
* **Maintain context** across navigation levels

### Breadcrumb navigation

#### Home icon

Returns you to the main Jobs and Tasks table.

#### Root job

Always displayed, shows the primary workflow name. Select to navigate to the top-level job.

#### Current level indicator

Shows your current position in the job hierarchy
